TDL2000 direct print to fabric printer adopts unique “double sided printing” frame and it achieves fabric‘double sided direct printing’ on one printer. We have got the PCT of patent from China, Japan, USA, EU. It is called Epoch-making 4th generation industry direct print Flag printer.
TECHNICAL DATA
- Extra precision direct print: EPSON I3200 head, MAX 720*1200DPI resolution, more colorful and smooth.
- Feeding structure: Servo motor accuracy controls big rubber roll driving to keep fabric step rolling accuracy and without wrinkle.
- Tension control: Tension feed&take up system can keep instant tension on fabric and is suitable for many different kinds of textile.
- P.H.maintain: Automatic moisturize, cleaning, and wipe device to prevent print heads nozzle clog and keep a long time direct print ability.
- Infrared drying: High efficiency infrared air heating system to keep high speed need and taking up needs.
- Muti dot alignment: Freely set double sided alignment dot, easily adjusts front&back alignment, Suitable for muti fabric double sided direct print.
FUNCTION
- Textile: Terylene, blended fabric etc. (Chemical fiber fabric).
- Double sided direct print: Adopts Patient double sided media rolling method and control technology and direct print same pattern or different pattern on fabric(Flag) double sides. 100% accuracy alignment to solve traditional direct print front&back side color difference problem.
- Double carriages direct print: Adopts 2 sets integrated driving system, print system and ink system and can print as 2 sets industry Flag(fabric) printers. It can print under different module, different fabric and work at same time. Short run capacity is up 100%.
